The BT tri-pack phones have been faulty since purchasing in February 2020, we have sent email after email, they are been ignored or the server is returning them as failed mail, very poor customer service even the operating instructions threw up suspicions as they were photocopied, they are ignorant and only want to clear their shelves of the rubbish upon them.
