Fantastic experience, we went in to several stores up at Cibbs Causeway to look for tiles including the DIY store and the posh store opposite to mention no names.. but Tilelfair Cribs Causeway was by far the best, great customer service and the young lady behind the counter, Leah? (apologies I didn't get her name) boy did she know her stuff. Have now placed an order and will certainly shop there again.
