Bought a towbar with fitting service. Promised delivery in 5-7 days. Well the parts arrived in about 24 hours (well done DHL!), but the fitting was not available for 3 weeks! The website promises delivery in 5-7 working days, but does not make clear that this only covers the component part of the order. We had to cancel the fitting (for which they readily gave a refund - they're obviously well practised at it!) and scratch around for a local fitter who could do it.
