I bought a Vango Bistro kitchen from Towsure Sheffield today. It's a round trip of 75 miles from where I Live. Got home unpacked the goods only to find the item had been built wrong at the factory and one of the shelf brackets was rivetted on the wrong way. I rung the shop who agreed to change it but I had to drive back to Sheffield. I went back, and they did exchange. I told them I had driven in total 150 miles as a result (2trips) all I got was sorry... I at least expected a bit of discount for the trouble. But no.. I even had to buy my own coffee in their cafe .. sorry Towsure not good customer service. Go outdoor s in future..
