Michael O’Dea was outstanding. Friendly, relaxed but professional and not pushy in any way. He took his time to find exactly what I wanted and offered advice with his extensive travel experience. By the time I booked he felt like a family friend. He was far superior to one of your other reps to whom I spoke who didn’t interact at all. Well done Michael & well done Trailfinders for employing him!
