Be careful of this shop as the owner is a scam artist... stubborn, abusive and be aware if he offers you to stitch a jacket in a day The owner tried forcing down a poor quality product on to us and the overall attitude of this shop owner is that the customer is wrong and that he is always right. The owner isnt at all ready to believe that the jacket he has stitched is of poor quality leather and stitched product doesnt fit my wife well and by the end starts abusing us in Italian saying "go to hell" in a very bad way. He tries to show that the jacket fits perfectly on his daughter who was 7 inch taller than my wife. This business needs to be named & shamed so that others like me aren’t duped by this cheating business. He charged me the full amount when taking the order and we returned the jacket when we saw that the jacket was made of poor quality leather and that it wasn't even stitched properly and this shop owner hasn't yet refunded the money (€390). You will be amazed at the audacity and sheer crookedness of this Italian scam master. So listen to this folks - the shop owner now has the jacket and he also gets to keep the money and the customer who has literally nothing is being told that there is an old Italian law that protects such crooks shop keeper. The shop owner is trying to scare me to take down the feedback posted on google/trip advisor and says he has already complained to the police. I say it should be people like him who should be put behind bars to even claim that they are right when they keep the product and still charge the money.
