The customer service in the beginning was awesome. Friendly helpful staf. The problem came about when I tried to cancel at the end of the contract and was told I'd have to keep it and pay for 3 more months. I queried the extra charge for maintenance and was told due to covid they weren't carrying it out but still charging for it. My office building closed due to covid so I did not need the cooler but they would not cancel early. They did not collect on the scheduled day and continued to charge me for the service.
