It is difficut to understand how they stay in business. we have simply lip service for several months and water quality is terrible yet no one can come service but they are still mentioning the contract penalties if we wanted to cancel. We are extremely unhappy with this company and cant even find , reach the right person or any person to have a meaningful conversation.
