Awful customer service! Started to try and cancel my machine in January 22! Couldn't get through to any number, eventually I found a send a message so I did asking to cancel machine. I did get a reply asking why? And collection will be arranged. NOTHING! They sent me a survey, I scored 0! I recieved an email asking why? Once again I filled them in and once again, someone will be in touch to collect! NOTHING! In Aug 22 I cancelled my direct debit and sent an email to the previous lady I had contact with explaining how unfair and unhappy I am. Since I have had staff turn up to service the machine, I refused! But was still invoiced and staff turn up to exchange the machine! Again I refused and was sent an invoice! Both time they refused to remove the machine "not worth there job" I have now sent an email with an attachment of all the contact I have made over the previous year and I sentld the same one every week! 1 YEAR ON I STILL HAVE THE MACHINE! NOT ONE REPLY! DO NOT USE WATER LOGIC!
