Appalling service, charges for services not received. I had 2 accounts with this company both of which I closed over 12 months ago. I still receive invoices, engineer visits to offices to service machines, which I own and have nothing to do with Waterlogic, constant emails requesting orders. I have been assured on several occasions my accounts are closed but they clearly have not.
I would advise to avoid this company like the plague or you will never be rid of them
