Really bad customer service, firstly they are really slow at answering back, secondarily they are constantly lying about their dispatching times. I have been chasing a water dispenser for over three months, the first was delivered damaged, then they sent few engineers to fit it, but obviously they could not fix it because it was broken. They clearly have problems with communicating within their team; I don't know what their issue is, probably they are short of staff or just have some sort of mental retard. However, now we have two water dispensers, both broken and after 3 months we are still waiting.
