Just the worst. I think I speak to their agents more than I speak to my own family. You cancel water, they send more, you ask for more, they don't come. I think the people who deliver and the call centre don't ever communicate at all. I have been promised so much and nothing happens. I actually can't express how bad it is. Even the delivery drivers at like "Yeh, doesn't surprise me, we don't get told anything."
I've have now cancelled my subscriptions. I cancelled via Live chat and via email (3 emails) and since I cancelled, I have had to send away 4 water delivery. I've called them but you get into long waits. Bought a new fridge with a water dispenser just so I could get rid. It's like trying to get out of a toxic relationship but they keep turning up at your door :/
