If I could leave a minus score I would. Almost impossible to speak with someone unless you want to purchase water or open a new account. Customer Services not accepting phone calls, only via email then no response unless you chase 3-4 times. Had contract for water cooler to be serviced and filters to be changed twice a year, they only showed up 3 times in 3 years and no refund given for lack of maintenance visits. Do not use, absolutely abysmal customer service and totally unprofessional.
