I signed contract with the Agreement to pay $24.94 monthly but got charged $83.83 instead. And they charged me twice. I contacted them and the customer service said it wasn't his responsibility. He forwarded my complaint to Account Receivables who named Penny and Susan. None of them get back to my email and answer my phone.
This company is likely scam businesses. Avoid answering complaints but still withdraw money on time. The worst of the worst
