I went to the Plymouth store to get a signed copy of Kim Sherwoods Double Or Nothing. The girl behind the counter opened the book fully and started to look through it. I was shocked and annoyed because I had chosen the best copy. Books are for reading and COLLECTING. Awful understanding about needs of the customer.
