My son gave me a new Clarion radio for my birthday. When I hooked it up it did not power up. I took it to West Marine. After a huge hassle with "customer service" I was told I had to contact the manufacture of the radio. The radio was less than 90 days old and West Marine did nothing to solve the issue.
