Richard in Tarpon Springs went above and beyond assisting me. I asked a question on a GPS unit and he didn’t know the answer. Instead of making something up he readily admitted he didn’t know the answer but that he would find out. He called Scott over who was very knowledgeable. I found it very satisfying that Richard would want me to be to get the correct information and had no problem asking for help. This is the kind of employee I want at my business.
