Melinda managing in Burlington VT was a great help in selecting lines for tapered spinnaker sheets, getting the fids for splicing eyes and sizing shackles. Excellent customer service with a smile considering she's been short staff all spring. I saw her help straighten out an online order for an extremely frustrated customer, never once loosing her composure and reflecting the professionalism a company would be proud of.
