Paid for a years worth of next day delivery which was suspended two weeks later. Rather than offer a 2-3 day service, I’m now waiting a week or so for standard delivery. Customer service not helpful at all- got a lecture on their fine print.
The company isn’t terrible but they’ve got too big and no longer care, so in future I’ll be shopping with smaller companies who do
