Terrible, Truly terrible. Customer services will leave you feeling bruised and like you just had a run in with the school bully! Ordered £230 of stuff. Given delivery date. Didn't arrive. Waited 5 days in case it had been held up and then contacted Wiggle (as nobody, including Hermes contacted me in any way). They stated order had been returned to them by Hermes but didn't know where it was and said it would take 4 days to find out from Hermes. They could resend, but of course one thing was now not in stock!
But the worst thing was the extraordinary was I was treated on live chat (no telephone number for wiggle which tells you a lot). I was repeatedly bullied and pressurised into resolving the issue by way of refund, which they then just did automatically. What a waste of my time. I would have been happy with them just resending out my order and throwing in a free roll of bar tape for the considerable inconvenience.
