inept returns staff. totally inept at their job. lost my returned item. then lost my emails complaining about what is going on. not just once, but three times they let my case "fall through our system, please wait and we'll see what happened". never an apology. never an acknowledgement that 10 weeks is an unreasonable length of time to wait for issue to be resolved. inferior products offered as substitutes when different sizes are now out of stock since this has taken so long.
