Terrible customer service when dealing with warranty claim on defective product. Loyal customer for more than a decade, but the first time I had to deal with customer services has put me off for life. Vague communication, leaving me without any indication of what action is being taken, or the likely outcome. Constantly having to ask questions to find this information. And in the end took 3 months before we were still no further forward and so I demanded money back. They refunded it, and described it as a good will gesture...
