I ordered two items and paid extra for a Saturday delivery. The items did not showed up. I simply got a message indicating they were 'delayed'. I had to contact Wiggle and I was told they would be delivered on Monday between 8 am and 8 pm. Terrible customer service, did not help or offered any solution. I cancelled the order and their delivery partner, Hermes still went ahead and apparently delivered the package but to the wrong address. Now I have to fill in forms and write emails to get a refund. What a waist of time!
Not a good service. This is my second time shopping at Wiggle, and the first time this happened as well.
I would not recommend shopping with them, bad experience, they are not reliable.
