I ordered a pair of goggles and Hermes left a card saying left with a neighbour but no tracking number or 3 times attempt delivery, also on Hermes web the scanned card on the signature said unable to sign.
Knocked on every door in the street and no parcel.
Contacted Wiggle whom contacted Hermes who said they has delivered, lying *****.
Wiggle said they would send replacements priority delivery, this did not happen only a mail a day later saying I had to sign and scan a declaration form to say I had not received my goggles, basically accusing me of lying.
Absolute shocking services by wiggles courier service and would never use again as long as I live!!!
