Appalling customer service. They forced me to receive items and return them after I had immediately (within a half hour late at night and again first thing in the morning - twice by e-mail and once by Live Chat) reported an error - my fault I admit but I contacted them immediately and repeatedly. They persistently ignored the information I gave them; they cost me unnecessary postage and a 20 miles' round trip with what should have been an unnecessary `Returns' parcel ... You could not make it up - not to mention the sheer rudeness to the point of treating a customer with disdain. Their so-called "TotheTop" complaints mechanism - supposedly to the CEO - is a joke because it's just their `Support@wiggle,,," my experience of which is a crude mixture of incompetence and rudeness. A refund of my postage has never arrived but that's peanuts compared with what it's cost me in time and frustration. I have been a Wiggle customer for at least ten years but I will never use them again.
