Order two inner tubes Thursday evening on Next Day delivery, it was after the cut off so expected it Saturday in time for a weekend ride... Got a notification from delivery company saying it was with them and hasn't moved since... Contacted customer service who said to expect a response in 4-6 days?! How the hell does that work? 1 day delivery and can't reply to email for almost a week!
Why offer the service if you can't fulfill it?
