Ordered a watch on next day delivery on 16/05/2020.
The watch didn't arrive.
There are never any customer service representatives available to speak online and no number to contact them on, only email (which they say requires 5 working days for a response).
It is now 02/06/2020 and I have no watch or refund - they refuse to refund until they track down the watch that someone in their supply chain has lost.
I would advise going direct to the supplier and paying a slightly higher price.
