I purchased a bike from them, unfortunately this had damage to the frame and the grommets had been install the wrong way.
Trying to get a repose from their customer service as to when the bike will be picked up has been a truly awful experience, and I'm still waiting.
You're really better of going to an smaller independent company and paying a little more
