Sofa never arrived
Non existent customer service.
I ordered a sofa bed and have not received it. I paid in full when I ordered it and have chased and chased via email and numerous phone calls but telephone mailboxes are full and no one responds to my emails. Awful customer service, in-fact non existent customer service.
