I have been really impressed by Willow & Hall - it's the first time I have dealt with the company, and would certainly recommend them. The website is clear and their products are well-photographed, with lots of relevant information. I ordered fabric swatches, which arrived very promptly and I was pleased to see that the fabrics were very similar to the impression I had gleaned from the website. After ordering online, one of their very pleasant customer service staff called to confirm everything. The delivery firm were excellent too - I received a call to arrange a convenient delivery time the following week, then on the morning of my delivery I was called again and given a more precise time-slot, which was very helpful. The delivery crew were extremely efficient and friendly.
