The service was fantastic - when you knew I was going away in a couple of days your director phoned me to say he was getting the delivery guys to come to me first before I had to go out the day it was arriving, and the delivery guys worked really hard to get to me before 9.30. In fact, they turned up at 8.00 am, demonstrated the mechanism and took all the packaging away. That is wonderful customer service, which I think is the most important thing in many ways. Thank you.
