All staff were very helpful. Even on a very busy Saturday when they were short staffed and very busy in the showroom they coped very well. The delivery men were excellent, took care not to damage anything. They had to visit 3 times as I returned the first sofas. I love the fact you can return items, that's why I bought from Willow and Hall.
