The whole process was very smooth and easy. We placed our order online and received a confirmation phone call the next day. This was to confirm the details of our order and to check on any potential delivery location problems - parking restrictions, narrow streets etc. W & H kept us informed through the production process and emailed when the sofa was ready for delivery. The delivery guys emailed to confirm delivery date and estimated arrival time. They phoned when they were close. Sofa was delivered to chosen room and all packaging removed.
