Everything throughout ordering and delivery of our sofa bed was excellent until delivery man managed to step on the one piece of new carpet not covered by a drop sheet, leaving a very large footprint on the carpet and new curtain next to it. This was despite asking him to take his shoes off beforehand which he did not do!
