First class service, from beginning to end. The one issue I had was that they originally told me it would arrive on Monday and in the end the delivery man called to say he would reach Tuesday morning. I didn't find this a problem but my boyfriend had planned to be at home on the monday. They said they would be there between 7.30am and 9.30am and arrived at 9.15am. The 2 delivery guys were very friendly and polite. There was no damage to my property or the sofa bed and the furniture was fully demonstrated and packaging taken away. I was very pleased with the service.
