I heard nothing at all after my order was placed and I received a sample fabric, until I had a phone call several weeks later saying the delivery would take place on a Saturday between 7 and 9. I have recently come out of hospital suffering from a heart problem, so the early start was to say the least of it, extremely unwelcome! I had to get up extremely early to be ready and the van actually arrived before 7, though I saw it waiting outside till the dot of 7. I suppose I should be grateful to have the chairs delivered but I wasn't given a choice about the time or the day. This is not brilliant customer service.
