Service and communication were good. Lead time of 3 weeks was assured. We were told after purchase that lead time would now be 6 weeks. If we had known this sooner it would have been better. A phone call informing us would have been better than an email. Some form on discount for the wait would also have been appropriate. The deliverers were fantastic.
