Willow and Hall made the whole process of buying a sofa bed as easy and straightforward as possible, from answering my initial questions over the phone to delivering the sofa bed upstairs via a difficult narrow staircase. Really good customer service, and recent guests tell us that the bed is very comfortable, too.
