The whole experience was excellent - the website was easy to manage and choosing the various options. I was unable to come to showroom as I live n Birmingham but I was able to ask questions on the phone with staff who were very helpful so ordering on line was easy. I was kept updated on delivery and the sofabed was delivered on time. Your delivery men and assemblers were without question were exemplary and couldn't do enough for us. It was good to see the unit being assembled and see the quality of the product. I would definitely buy other products from you. Thank you all so much. My husband is disabled and a full time wheelchair user and helpful and efficient service is much appreciated.
