The entire experience of dealing with such a highly professional business was most rewarding. The literature was first class, my showroom visit was a great experience and the lady who look after me was a splendid ambassador for Willow. She had excellent taste and gave very sound advice, was not slightest bit 'pushy' and last but not least I love the sofa bed, and the crew who delivered and fitted it were also very pleasant, helpful and perfect ambassadors. Sorry to go on, but I have been in Marketing and promotion all my life, so I know what I am talking about!
