The complete experience was as set out in the helpful booklet that we had at the beginning. Timing, quality, were all as anticipated. In addition, we had no unwelcome calls from your sales department as we were making our decision to buy. ( Other companies often do that.)
In particular the delivery was exceptionally well done by two very pleasant and helpful delivery men.
