Deliver guys were excellent and the sofas are fine but the ordering process was poor. First I didn't get to enter the discount code W&H had sent me because the website didn't ask for it. I immediately emailed to explain that I must have missed it and ask for the 10% to be refunded. They replied to say I couldn't have a discount on an order I'd already made so I then had to phone them. The woman I spoke to (also the one who'd replied to my email) said I hadn't missed the discount box I'd just gone straight to checkout instead of via the basket where the discount would have been applied - but she still couldn't give me the discount. I said that was pretty poor so she agreed to talk to her manager - but quickly brushed that aside and went on to talk about the delivery (by now I was on the verge of cancelling the order). I didn't hear from anyone again, but I did get the refund. Not a massive issue but could have been handled so I much better. I haven't bought new sofas for 15 years and it took me a year to find the perfect ones, so that put a bit of a downer on the excitement of finally ordering them.
