We required a sofa bed delivered in a very tough location and W&H did all they could to meet that requirement. The model we chose ended up being too difficult to get in so after much back and forth between customers services, logistics and me we went for another one which we are now absolutely delighted with. Great company to work with and great sofa-bad, the delivery team also deserve great recognition.
