Cannot fault the customer experience from beginning to end and cannot highly enough recommend them! Polite, courteous, helpful - from sales staff to delivery staff impeccable. From the little touches like a little teabag in the material samples package to members of staff making me feel like their ONLY customer they make you feel special all the way! and to top it all off (and I guess more importantly!) the products themselves are beautifully made and excellent quality! This still doesn't seem praise enough!!
