Could not fault the service from visiting the shop where knowledgeable sales assistants were able to talk through all the options and work through my specific needs- I was tight on space and wanted a sofa bed. When I called up there service line they were extremely helpful and then when the guys came to deliver it they were brilliant. They were great ambassadors for the brand and talked about the business in a great way. The sofa turned out beautifully, it?s so comfy and great colour and I can have guests over and not feel like I am relegating them to a horrible lumpy sofa bed. Will recommend willow and hall to everyone. I also tried four major companies before willow so I know they are the best on the market.
