Very easy to use on-line ordering, from huge number of styles and fabrics. Material swatches great, and being able to customise your order is great! Help desk very friendly and helpful when placing order. Delivery was very quick within four weeks of placing order. Very helpful friendly delivery men. All round good experience dealing with Willow and Hall. Helpful being able to visit Warehouse too.
