From the first point of contact the customer service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very patient, not pushy and made us feel that our needs were important. We were. Given very clear information our delivery and the when our product was delivered the staff were very professional and took the time to provide an explanation for regarding product care. We were very pleased with the quality of the sofa bed which is very comfortable.
