Staff at the show room were very helpful and professional - offering very good customer service. Sofa arrived earlier than expected which was great for us.
Delivery company were also very prompt in contacting us and arranging a suitable delivery time. They also responded well to delivery tips and our neighbour who accepted the delivery was very impressed with them.
