The customer service was good. The delivery was as expected and on time. The reason I'm giving this section a good instead of excellent is that I was a little disappointed to see that the sale item was £75 cheaper once I'd had the sofa delivered. When is a sale not a sale? I would recommend Willow and Hall to others but with the proviso they keep an eye on sale prices to glean what is a sale price and what isn't.
