We went to showroom twice before purchasing and both times the service was extremely good and thorough with a lot of time devoted to us.
The delivery was on time and handled expertly.
I am delighted with the choice I made and it looks very elegant in my home. The mattress is really comfortable, affording my guests a very good night's sleep. I recommend Willow and Hall most highly.
